Adamson

My Story

Dr Stu Adamson is a Perth-trained medical practitioner who graduated with honours from the University of Western Australia in 1993, earning both an MBBS (Hons) and a Bachelor of Medical Science (Hons). After completing his rural medical training, he relocated to Geraldton in 1998, where he has been dedicated to providing high-quality care in regional Western Australia.

Since 2007, Dr Adamson has focused his clinical practice on Skin Cancer Medicine. He is a Fellow of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia (SCCA), having completed his Fellowship in 2014. He currently serves as a board member of the College and is actively involved in education and training, lecturing and presenting for both the Certificate and Advanced Surgical courses. He also mentors clinicians as a surgical tutor within the College.

Dr Adamson brings extensive experience in the surgical management of skin cancer, with a particular focus on cutaneous head and neck procedures. His surgical expertise includes complex skin flap reconstruction, full-thickness and split skin grafts, composite grafts, and staged surgical clearance.

Dedicated to improving patient outcomes through early detection and advanced surgical care, Dr Adamson is highly respected for his clinical skill, commitment to education, and leadership within the skin cancer field.
